We take a ride to the airport from a female driver who claims she is one of 3 or 4.
The airport is uneventful and we spend the last of our kyat on a couple of drinks. This is the last of cramped seats for us.
We sit in the front of the bus the rest of the way.
It's a quick hour and 15 minute flight. Since we've been to this airport before we zip through immigration and get our bags. The toll helps a lot with the traffic. The last 3 miles take longer than the toll road. We are starving so split a Clif on the way to the hotel.
Nanda Heritage Hotel is a nice hotel.

We have done well with Booking.com and using their ratings.
We head out to Steve's Cafe on the water. Multiple websites say it's hard to get to - you walk through a temple and down an alley. I use Uber. I will be using Uber as much as possible. The driver gets us close and we see a guy in a Steve's Cafe shirt. Good sign. He directs us around a building.
Hmm... This is the way he said to go.
We pop out in a courtyard. Still no idea which way to go. I remember the alley comment and head down a small path. We pop out at the river and see a guy fishing. Nope, this isn't right. We find another alley and finally find the restaurant. This is the first restaurant we need to remove shoes.
I like this sign.
It's worth the effort to find the place.
The food is good and there is a breeze here.

We decide to walk back as we passed a festival but it appears to be over. It seems 10 degrees hotter now that we are not near the river. We are drenched in sweat by the time we get back and the room is 28 degrees (82 F). I shower and position myself in front of where the AC blows.
Finally we cool down and start streaming Walking Dead. It works for about half the episode. I don't know if the internet pipe here is getting busy or not. We finally give up and crash at a reasonable time.
Food total for the day is low since we skipped lunch. It's about $31.50.
Travel day only gets us 8.3k steps and 3.1 miles.
